Purpose is to protect, preserve, and promote Kashmiri Pandit ethnic and socio-cultural heritage.
Promotion and development of Indian languages; providing facilities for research and study of languages, linguistics, literature, and culture.
Preserve and promote age-old values of Kashmiri Pandit cultural tradition
Establish and conduct educational institutions, both academic and technical, and to promote and propagate Kashmiri language and culture.
